Carol Shaddix
Carol is the founder and captain of the Imagine Going There Travel team. Carol began this career journey to help build great vacations forming unforgettable memories for her clients.
Keith
Keith is our Chief Operating Officer, and brings over 20 years of business experience to the role. A few of his many strengths are team building, team management and strategic planning. Keith's hearty laugh and gift for making people feel special makes him a natural fit for our culture at IGT. Hopefully you'll get to meet him at one of our events in the future and see for yourself what a great addition he is to our growing team.
Adaleta
Adaleta has worked with Viking for 10 years (and we were calling in with her for at least 5!) And she has always been our go-to expert when it comes to Viking. Around the office, we would always say "wouldn't it be great if we could have someone like Adaleta?" and how very lucky we are to have her as our resident expert! Adaleta is a huge asset to our growing team, and we couldn't be happier to have her as our Viking Cruises Specialist.
Lauren Hight
Lauren has, arguably, the hardest job on the team handling all Viking air reservations. However, she handles this job with the ease of a true seasoned professional.
Meghan Curtis
Meghan's role is Guest Logistics. She handles everything from travel insurance to contacting ships and hotels letting them know our special guests are on the way!
Lynn Johnson
Lynn is our CPA and Finance Manager. As a numbers girl, Lynn is quick-witted, but she is also an avid reader. We enjoy her ability to make everyone around her smile with her kind heart and great sense of humor.
Darlene Odom
Darlene is our incredible Hospitality Specialist who does a lot of the behind-the-scenes work for our team. She graduated from Auburn with a degree in Finance, and we are so grateful for her spreadsheet abilities!
Terri Lewis
Terri has a valuable place on the team as our Surprise Specialist. Ever the creative, Terri helps enhance our clients vacations by adding personal touches that can only be described as true southern hospitality.
Krista Shelton
Krista joined our team as the Client Care Manager. Most days, she's sitting side-by-side with Carol helping research and answer client questions. Her favorite country to visit is Thailand!
Cherise Arthur
Cherise has been a part of our team as remote support since she moved to Sydney, Australia. She's now moving to a more prominent role as our Viking Cruises Specialist. An experienced Viking cruiser, Cherise has travelled on river, ocean, and expedition ships. Representing the younger segment of Viking cruises, she has a well-rounded perspective on multi-generational vacations and cruising the Viking way.
Nina Young
Nina is the energetic voice you’ll hear when you call Imagine Going There Travel. As our Client Care Specialist, she’s passionate about helping travelers with a friendly and approachable attitude. Outside of work, Nina loves the outdoors and enjoys seeing clients’ travel photos and hearing their exciting stories.
