Geranger is a highly respected chef with over 30 years of experience in the industry. He has worked in some of the best restaurants in the world, including Alain Ducasse at the Plaza Athénée in Paris and Le Bernardin in New York City.

As a chef, Geranger is known for his passion for using fresh, local ingredients and his commitment to sustainable cuisine. He is also a master of creating dishes that are both delicious and visually stunning.

On Explora Journeys, Geranger will oversee a team of talented chefs who will create nine different dining experiences for guests. The restaurants will offer a variety of cuisines, from classic European to contemporary Asian.

An Emporium is a place offering diverse goods, a place for merchants to showcase their best products.

The Emporium Marketplace is an effortless all-day dining restaurant, bringing culinary talent and produce forward to offer diverse cuisines with a focus on quality produce and local destinations. This marketplace gives guests total flexibility in what they choose to eat, and when.

Features include sushi, fresh seafood and a daily rotisserie offering grilled, roasted, and slow-cooked meats. Pasta is cooked to order, and freshly baked pizzas and bread are on offer as are home-made sandwiches. The charcuterie, fromagerie, boulangerie and patisserie stations enhance the experience. Fresh juices, smoothies and acai bowls are provided during breakfast.
