Franck Geranger is the Head of Culinary for Explora Journeys, a new luxury cruise line that launched in 2023. Geranger is a highly respected chef with over 30 years of experience in the industry. He has worked in some of the best restaurants in the world, including Alain Ducasse at the Plaza Athénée in Paris and Le Bernardin in New York City.
